ADIN/Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I/CON – May/26 Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for Jobs, Social Cohesion, and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique – Phase I The Government of Mozambique, through the Northern Integrated Development Agency (ADIN), has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the Jobs, Social Cohesion, and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I (P514199), to be implemented in the provinces of Niassa, Cabo Delgado, and Nampula. It intends to apply part of the proceeds to hire a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for “ADIN/Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I/CON – May/26 – Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist” through a competitive selection process. The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the Program is being properly implemented, measuring the results and impacts achieved, and providing evidence-based information to support decision-making, improve program performance, and ensure accountability to stakeholders. Within the scope of his/her functions, the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist shall ensure the effective implementation of monitoring and evaluation processes, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the established framework of the Program and the requirements of the Government of Mozambique and the World Bank.
