ADIN/Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique Phase I/CON – Maio/26 Infrastructure Specialist for Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique – Phase I The Government of Mozambique, through the Northern Integrated Development Agency (ADIN), has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the Jobs, Social Cohesion, and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique – Phase I (P514199) , to be executed in the provinces of Niassa, Cabo Delgado, and Nampula. The Government intends to apply part of the proceeds to recruit an Infrastructure Specialist for “ADIN/Jobs, Social Cohesion and Community Resilience in Northern Mozambique – Phase I/CON – May/26 – Infrastructure Specialist”, through a competitive selection process. The Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in the planning, technical coordination, review, and implementation support of infrastructure projects, in order to ensure the quality, functionality, and sustainability of infrastructure developed under the Programme. In this regard, the Infrastructure Specialist shall support the PIU in technical analysis, planning, and supervision of works execution, ensuring that all activities are implemented in accordance with applicable technical standards, contractual specifications, and the requirements of the World Bank and the Government of Mozambique.
