Invitation to Bid for IMPROVEMENT OF CANAL WITH RIPRAP AT PUROK 7, UPPER AMBIONG 1.The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Four and 46/100 Pesos (Php499,394.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Canal with Riprap at Purok 7, Upper Ambiong (POW-8751-2026-AMB-04). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Municipal Government of La Trinidad now invites bids for Improvement of Canal with Riprap at Purok 7, Upper Ambiong. Completion of the Works is required twenty-six (26) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3.Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
