PROCUREMENT OF 11 MONTHS CONTRACT TO PROVIDE FOR SECURITY GUARDS FOR FY 2027 - BID NO. 26-09-212

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of 11 Months Contract to Provide for Security Guards 1) The Cebu Normal University, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2027 and Special Trust Fund (STF) 2027 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Six Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Two Pesos and Fourteen Centavos (Php11,673,802.14), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 11 Months Contract to Provide for Security Guards for Bid No. 26-09-212. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Cebu Normal University now invite bids for Procurement of 11 Months Contract to Provide for Security Guards using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) Award Criteria. Delivery of the Service is required from January 1, 2027 to November 30, 2027, or immediately from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
