Rehabilitation/Improvement of Camp Edward RCBC Brgy. Camp Edward, Alegria, Surigao del Norte 1) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the (1918-02) 20% DF, 2026 SB2 GF AO 02 S2026 REGULAR ( 1-07-03-010) ROAD NETWORKS intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Nine Pesos and Seventeen Centavos (Php 2,175,979.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation/Improvement of Camp Edward RCBC (CW-MAIN-26-08). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, with the following scope of works: Project Billboard, Occupational Safety and Health Program, Traffic Management, Mobilization/ Demobilization, Removal of RCPC ( 36” dia.-910mm), Structure Excavation ( Common Soil), Foundation Fill, Embankment from Structure Excavation, Reinforcing Steel Bar ( Grade 40 & Grade 60 ), Structural Concrete, Lean Concrete, Pre-molded Expansion Joint with Sealant, Hand Laid Rock Embankment. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty Calendar Days (60 CD). Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
