Republic of the Philippines Province of Romblon MUNICIPALITY OF MAGDIWANG INVITATION TO BID FOR RE-BIDDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND REHAB. OF ILAWOD- FMR BRGY TAMPAYAN-PHASE 2 1. The Municipality of Magdiwang, Romblon, through the 2026 20% ADF intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos, (Php2,110,000.00) Philippine Currency being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Construction and Rehab. of Ilawod- FMR, Brgy Tampayan Phase 2 with Project ID No. 2026-ADF-07. Located at Barangay Tampayan Magdiwang, Romblon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Magdiwang, Romblon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by Forty Two (42) calendar days from the date of the Contract. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
