Republic of the Philippines Province of Romblon MUNICIPALITY OF MAGDIWANG INVITATION TO BID FOR RE-BIDDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF QUARANTINE/ISOLATION/MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (PHASE 4) 1. The Municipality of Magdiwang, Romblon, through the 20% ADF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Peso and 00/100 , (Php3,000,000.00) Philippine Currency being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Construction of Quarantine/Isolation/ Multi-Purpose Building (Phase 4)with project ID. No. 2025-ADF-08. Located at Barangay Poblacion, Magdiwang Romblon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. Completion of the Works is required by One Hundred Twenty Four (124) calendar days from the date of the Contract. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
