INVITATION TO BID for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building, Brgy. Guinacutan, Vinzons, Camarines Norte 2nd Bidding 1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the 20% Development Fund AB2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos and Twenty-Seven Centavos (P1,768,134.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building, Brgy. Guinacutan, Vinzons, Camarines Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Replacement of Ridge Roll, Flashing, Roof Panels, and Gutter; Replacement of Deteriorated C-Purlins, Replacement and Addition of Downspouts, and Repainting of Trusses, Columns and Beams. Completion of the Works is required 60 CD. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday to Friday, except Holidays. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 30, 2026 – October 8, 2026 at the Provincial Cap
