The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the 20% EDF CY 2026 – Livelihood Program intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Pesos Only (PhP1,421,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-09-085 PROCUREMENT OF LIVESTOCK FEEDS, Province of Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
