INVITATION TO BID (ITB No. 053-2026 GQ) Republic of the Philippines Municipality of Guinayangan, Quezon Supply and Delivery of Cooking Utensils, Equipment and Supplies 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through the Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Eight Pesos (P 853,848.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Cooking Utensils, Equipment and Supplies for use by the Municipal Health Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. 2. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty five (45) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
