The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (Php2,900,800.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the LOT Supply and Delivery of RICE (25kls PER SACK,160 MILLED RICE) use for Social Services Food Assistance Program and Food Subsidies for Philippine Army, Philippine National Police and Other Peacekeeping Forces & National Line Agencies in Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the LOT Supply and Delivery of RICE (25kls PER SACK,160 MILLED RICE) use for Social Services Food Assistance Program and Food Subsidies for Philippine Army, Philippine National Police and Other Peacekeeping Forces & National Line Agencies in Davao Oriental.
