TERMS OF REFERENCE PROJECT: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE, FIXTURES, AND RELATED ITEMS LOCATION: PCA CENTRAL OFFICE R&D BLDG., DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY I. BACKGROUND The PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE intends to procure office furniture, fixtures, and related items to support the operational and administrative requirements of the office. The procurement covers various office workstations, chairs, storage cabinets, office accessories, fixtures, and related items intended for the proper organization, functionality, and improvement of the office workspace. II. OBJECTIVE The procurement aims to provide the office with appropriate, functional, durable, and suitable office furniture, fixtures, and related items in accordance with the required technical specifications and quantities. Specifically, the procurement intends to: 1. Provide suitable workstations and office furniture for personnel and heads; 2. Provide adequate seating and storage facilities; 3. Improve the organization and functionality of office spaces; 4. Provide necessary office fixtures and accessories; and 5. Ensure that all items delivered conform to the required technical specifications, dimensions, materials, and other requirements. III.
