Lease of Fifteen (15) Units of Colored Printer for PNOC EC

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos (PhP308,880.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Lease of Fifteen (15) Units of Colored Printer for PNOC EC Head Office (“Project”) through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The services shall be rendered to PNOC EC Building 1, Energy Center Rizal Drive, BGC Taguig within one (1) year after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Acceptance Letter (AL). PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for complete details. Financial Bid Proposal including the following documents may be delivered to the address below or emailed at mjgonzales@pnoc-ec.com.ph / ellite@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before October 9, 2026, not later than 3:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted. 1) Brief Company Profile, which shows but is not limited to, at least two (2) years of experience in providing Managed Print Services (MPS) or similar services; and 2) Valid and current Certification, Authorization Letter, or equivalent document from the manufacturer of the proposed printer confirming that the Bidder is an Authorized MPS Provider for the proposed brand and model; and 3) Conformed Terms of Reference (TOR). Bidders must also submit photocopies of the following documents within seven (7) calendar days after submission of bid: 1. Current and Valid Business/Mayor’s Permit; and 2. PhilGEPS registration number (Red membership); and 3. Latest income/Business tax return; and 4. Original duly signed Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS) and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary’s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative;
