The Local Government Unit of Calabanga, through the LGU C/Y- 2026 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of PHP 5,137,985.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the “REBLOCKING/CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD REBLOCKING/CONSTRUCTION CALABANGA, CAMARINES SUR ". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. BURABOD CALABANGA, CAMARINES SUR Contract Duration (Calendar Days): 120 CALENDAR DAYS Cost of Bid Documents: PHP 10,000.00 2.The total contract price for this project shall be PHP 5,137,985.00: 3. This project, which is a single lot, shall be awarded under a single contract only. 4. To bid for this Contract, a contractor must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI); a contractor must secure Certificate of Site Inspection from the Municipal Engineering Office; For issuance of site inspection certificate, only AMO or Qualified Technical representative with appropriate PRC License connected to Civil works/Infrastructure and Special Power of Attorney (SPA) - specific for the project authorizing in behalf of the Contractor shall be allowed to participate during site inspection. They must also secure Geotagged photo during site inspection. Payment of non-refundable fee and must meet the following major criteria;(a) PCAB License applicable to the type and cost of contract and present the original copy, (b) Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years.
