PR No. CONSO-2026-0008, Procurement of Spare Parts for Repair and Maintenance of Various Municipal Heavy Equipment

INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SPARE PARTS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS MUNICIPAL HEAVY EQUIPMENT 1) The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro, through Appropriation Ordinance No. 1, s. 2026 (Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2026), intends to apply the sum of One Million Twenty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (₱1,023,960.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Spare Parts for Repair and Maintenance of Various Municipal Heavy Equipment, PR No. CONSO-2026-0008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for sixty (60) line items comprising heavy equipment spare parts, filters, lubricants, maintenance tools, and radiator repair, as specified in Sections VI and VII. All items shall be awarded under one contract. Delivery is required Within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed contracts similar to the Project within ten (10) years prior to the deadline for submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. The approved award criterion is Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro and inspect the Bidding Documents at the BAC Secretariat address given below during office hours. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired from October 8, 2026 until the bid submission deadline upon payment of ₱5,000.00, pursuant to GPPB Circular No. 02-2026.
