PB-G_2026-1163, Supply and Delivery of Commercial Rice for Serbisyo Caravan Activities

INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMERCIAL RICE FOR SERBISYO CARAVAN ACTIVITIES 1) The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 1, s. 2026 (Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2026), intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (₱509,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Commercial Rice for Serbisyo Caravan Activities, PB-G_2026-1163. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the supply and delivery of 1,456 sacks of well-milled long-grain commercial rice, 5 kg per sack, under a single contract. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years prior to the deadline for submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
