P.R No. 26-07-0919: Supply and Delivery of 8,333 Box Food Relief Items

REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES CITY OF LAPU-LAPU 6015 BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 8,333 BOX FOOD RELIEF ITEMS The City of Lapu-Lapu, through the MOOE FUNDS 9998-5-02-03-060 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱ 11,249,550.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 8,333 BOX FOOD RELIEF ITEMS under P.R No. 26-07-0919. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1) The City of Lapu-Lapu now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 8,333 BOX FOOD RELIEF ITEMS. (LDRRMO) ITEM NO. Corned Beef 150g - 3 cans 4. Instant Noodles 3 pcs 5. Beef Loaf 150g - 3 cans 6. Choco Powder 33g - 6 sachets 7. Instant Coffee 3 in 1, 28g - 6 sachets with sticker printing as follows: markings of two sides of Lapu-Lapu City Seal, OFFICE OF THE MAYOR RELIEF SUPPLIES NOT FOR SALE Note: 1. Staggered Delivery 2. Billing/payment will be made every delivery Delivery of items should be within Seven (7) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice of Award/Purchase Order or On Staggered basis as per request by End-User.
