Republic of the Philippines Province of Iloilo Municipality of Miagao BARANGAY FUNDACION Section I. Invitation to Bid Invitation to Bid for the CONSTRUCTION OF CANALS/DRAINAGE SYSTEM, BRGY. FUNDACION, MIAGAO, ILOILO 1) Barangay Fundacion, Miagao, Iloilo, through the Budget for the Contract as approved by the Sanggunian , 20% Development Fund 1 intends to apply the sum of P 110,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CANALS/DRAINAGE SYSTEM, BRGY. FUNDACION, MIAGAO, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) Barangay Fundacion, Miagao, Iloilo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. 2 Completion of the Works is required within 40 calendar days (Including 5 unworkable days). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
