Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE Capitol Boac, Marinduque OFFICE OF BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Food Commodities and Supplies for the Conduct of KSB – Maternal, Provincial Nutrition Office, Boac, Marinduque 1) The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the Capital Outlay – Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P2,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Procurement of Food Commodities and Supplies for the Conduct of KSB – Maternal, Provincial Nutrition Office, Boac, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Marinduque Provincial Government now invites bids for Procurement of Food Commodities and Supplies for the Conduct of KSB – Maternal, Provincial Nutrition Office, Boac, Marinduque. Delivery of the Goods is required by as follows: • Non – Perishable Items: 10 working days upon receipt of Purchase Order / Notice to Proceed • Perishable Items: as per scheduled activity Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
