The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna, through the General Fund of Current Legislative Appropriation intends to apply the aggregate amount of Two Million Six Thousand Pesos (₱2,006,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICINES FOR RURAL HEALTH MEDICATIONS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required after the issuance of Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion Section 59 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
