Republic of the Philippines Province of Batangas MUNICIPALITY OF LOBO Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY OF MATERIALS, LABOR AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE CONCRETING / IMPROVEMENT / REHABILITATION OF BARANGAY ROAD / LOCAL ACCESS ROAD AT BARANGAY OLO-OLO, LOBO, BATANGAS 1) The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas, through the 20% MDF 2026 - Supplemental Budget 2026-01 - Economic Development Sector - Concreting / Improvement / Rehabilitation of Barangay Road / Local Access Road at Barangay Olo-Olo intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos & 98/100 (Php698,677.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Materials, Labor and Equipment for the Concreting / Improvement / Rehabilitation of Barangay Road / Local Access Road at Barangay Olo-Olo, Lobo, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas now invites bids for Supply of Materials, Labor and Equipment for the Concreting / Improvement / Rehabilitation of Barangay Road / Local Access Road at Barangay Olo-Olo, Lobo, Batangas. Completion of the Works is required 45 calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
