Republic of the Philippines Province of Batangas MUNICIPALITY OF LOBO Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY OF MATERIALS, LABOR AND EQUIPMENT FOR CONCRETING / IMPROVEMENT / REHABILITATION OF BARANGAY ROAD / LOCAL ACCESS ROAD AT BARANGAY NAGTALUNTONG, LOBO, BATANGAS 1) The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas, through the GF - Supplemental Budget 2026-02 - Capital Outlay - 20% MDF 2026 - Economic Development Sector - Concreting / Improvement / Rehabilitation of Barangay Road / Local Access Road at Barangay Nagtaluntong intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Pesos & 79/100 (Php599,390.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Materials, Labor and Equipment for Concreting / Improvement / Rehabilitation of Barangay Road / Local Access Road at Barangay Nagtaluntong, Lobo, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas now invites bids for Supply of Materials, Labor and Equipment for Concreting / Improvement / Rehabilitation of Barangay Road / Local Access Road at Barangay Nagtaluntong, Lobo, Batangas. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
