Republic of the Philippines Province of Batangas MUNICIPALITY OF LOBO Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT OF WATERWORKS SYSTEM AT BARANGAY MALAPAD NA PARANG, LOBO, BATANGAS 1) The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas, through the 20% MDF 2026 - Social Development Sector - Construction / Improvement of Waterworks System at Barangay Malapad na Parang intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos & 46/100 (Php1,799,376.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment for the Construction / Improvement of Waterworks System at Barangay Malapad na Parang, Lobo, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas now invites bids for Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment for the Construction / Improvement of Waterworks System at Barangay Malapad na Parang, Lobo, Batangas. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
