Supply/Delivery of 8,000 liters of Diesoline

INVITATION TO BID UNDER R.A. 12009 FOR Supply/Delivery of 8,000 liters of Diesoline (G-165-26 2nd opening) 1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2026 General Fund (PEO-Maintenance, PR No. 1255-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of: ABC: P 950,000.00 IB No: G-165-26 (2nd opening) Project Title: Supply/Delivery of 8,000 liters of Diesoline Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids Supply/Delivery of 8,000 liters of Diesoline – IB No. G-165-26 (2nd opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required: 15 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity. Notes:  Place of Delivery: PGSO Warehouse/End-user (Pump Station) The Supplier shall notify the PGSO a day before the actual delivery.  Payment Method: One Time Payment/Credit Basis  The date of receipt of the Purchase Order shall be the date on which the duly approved Purchase Order is electronically transmitted to the supplier through EMAIL. The supplier shall personally report to the Office of the Provincial Procurement Management Officer on the next working day to receive the hard copy of the Purchase Order. Such personal receipt shall not affect the reckoning of the date of receipt for purposes of contract implementation.  The Lowest/Single Calculated Bidder shall be required to submit a sample. The said sample will be endorsed to the end-user, subject to its evaluation and conformity. The recommendation of the end-user shall form part of the post-qualification requirements.
