The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract [1]for Hiring of firm for Youth / Adolescent-led Social Action Projects . 2. The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Hiring of firm for Youth / Adolescent-led Social Action Projects . 3. Bidding will be conducted through Open-National, Post-qualification, Single Stage - Two Envelope, with Rated Criteria competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) - Non-consulting Services SPD as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): [80%] and for Bid cost : [20%]. 5.
