The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Hiring of Firm for Production of Culturally Resonant, Evidence-Informed Short Films for OTT & Social Media and Engagement of Celebrities & Influencers for SBCC . 2. The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Hiring of Firm for Production of Culturally Resonant, Evidence-Informed Short Films for OTT & Social Media and Engagement of Celebrities & Influencers for SBCC . 3. Bidding will be conducted through Open-National, Post-qualification, Single Stage - Two Envelope, with Rated Criteria competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) - Non-consulting Services SPD as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents.
