The Project Director, Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) (SELECT) School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh now invites sealed Bids from the eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Printing & Supply of IEC Materials at 384 Schools under SELECT . And the project delivery timeframe is set for at Two (02) Months . No margin of preference will be permitted. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised September 2023] (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bidding procedure used is Single Stage One-Envelope .
