REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Country: Republic of Tajikistan Project: Strengthening Resilience Agricultural Sector Project Grant No.: E1450-TJ Assignment Title: Consulting Services for Environmental and Social Monitoring of Construction and Rehabilitation Works for Small Irrigation Systems Serving Vulnerable Farming Households, and for the Development of Operation and Maintenance Guidelines Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): SRASP-CS-CQS-2026-01 The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project” additional financing and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
