The consultancy services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") shall comprise Consulting Services for preparing technical assessments and design documentation for the capital repairs of the cluster of Multi-Family Buildings in Mykolaiv City (Clusters ML-11, ML-13 and ML-26 ) for the purposes of the Project.
