UNICEF India Country Office, New Delhi, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced contractors/agencies from Delhi NCR for general renovation, upgradation, civil works, repair, maintenance, and related improvement works at UNICEF office premises. The scope may include civil works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, wall and ceiling repairs, painting, carpentry, aluminium/glazing works, plumbing and sanitary works, drainage repairs, electrical works, lighting, cabling, fixtures, minor HVAC-related works, finishing, refurbishment, accessibility improvements, safety measures, hygiene improvements, and sustainability-related works, to be implemented as per UNICEF requirements while minimizing disruption to office operations.
