C3 Labs – Collaboration for Complex Challenges: addressing the food systems-biodiversity-climate nexus – is a Global Environment Facility (GEF) Innovation Window project led by UNDP in partnership with FAO, UNEP and Wageningen University & Research. In Kenya the key government partners are the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, and KIPPRA. In Thailand, the key government partner is OPDC.The project will pilot a Fellowship and Collaboration Lab methodology in Kenya and Thailand to test whether, how, and under what conditions a structured Lab process can strengthen collaborative capacity, systems leadership, adaptive learning and cross-institutional and cross-sector action on priority food-biodiversity-climate nexus challenges.This RFP is for a Collaborative Innovation Country Delivery Partner to support the design, delivery, coordination, and learning capture of the C3 Country Lab in Kenya.
