UNHCR HONG KONG SUB-OFFICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR TELEMARKETING OUTBOUND SERVICES IN HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (Hong Kong SAR) OF CHINA.

UNHCR PSP Hong Kong is soliciting firms with expertise in outbound telemarketing for a special fundraising campaign to provide high quality services for contacting UNHCR lapsed donors in converting them to be the financial supporters of UNHCR. The firm selected (“Vendor”) must have the ability to provide the full range of services under section 2 in this term of Reference (Annex A) to deliver output enhancing significant increase of donation. The vendor must prepare, carry out, and transfer all records to UNHCR in absolute confidentiality, and take care of data privacy in a professional manner. Project duration: Service starting from the appointment of the selected service provider for the period of 1 year to achieve cost efficiency whilst ensuring receiving outstanding quality of the services, with the possibility of extension for an two time 12 months which is 1+1 year from contract starting date. Total contract period of 3 years. The service provider shall commence operations at the earliest practicable date following contract signature. The evaluation and award process is estimated to require five to six weeks from the RFP deadline. This is an estimated timeline. The selected provider will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the contract period and agreement. The Terms of Reference (TORS) are detailed in Annex A of this document.
