Grant No.: IDA- E1450-TJ RFB Reference No.: SRASP-RFB-GO-2026-03 The Government of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project (SRASP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Procurement of 4 no. of light trucks with refrigerator for ALCs in Balkhi distirict and Khujand city". 2. The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of 4 no. of light trucks with refrigerator for ALCs in Balkhi distirict and Khujand city. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM at the address given below . 5.
