No : 45A000141/CP/14/2026 Consultancy title – Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer The Government of Mozambique represented by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics (MTL), has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Transport Corridors for Economic Resilience Mozambique SOP 2 Project (TRACER SOP2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) involves carrying out all activities within the scope of (i) collection, consolidation, analysis and exploitation of the data produced, (ii) Tracking of project performance indicator, (iii) the exploitation and dissemination of information on the performance of the project, namely through the production of periodic reports and evaluation reports of the project activities. The position is in the Project Coordination Unit (PIU) at Nampula. The expected duration of the assignment is 24 months. There will be a 3-months probationary period from the contract signature date. The contract will be renewed subject to satisfactory performance. The M&E will report to the PIU Coordinator and will work closely with the PCU Monitoring and Evaluation specialist based at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics in Maputo.
