Recruitment of Administrative and Financial Officer in Nampula Province

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES) Country: Republic of Mozambique Name of Project: Transport Corridors For Economic Resilience (TRACER SOP2) Grant No.: IDA-E4810 Assignment Title: Administrative and Financial Officer Reference No: . 45A000141/CP/09/2026 The Government of Mozambique represented by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics (MTL), has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Transport Corridors For Economic Resilience (TRACER SOP2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) involves efficient management of the administrative, financial and human resources processes of the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), ensuring transparency in the execution of the budget and reliable reporting to the Project Portfolio Coordination Unit (PCU). The Administration and Finance Officer (AF) reports to the TRACER Project Implementation Unit - Mozambique SOP2 (PIU) through the PIU Coordinator, who will report directly to the Project Portfolio Coordination Unit (PCU) Coordinator. In functional terms, the AF reports to the Financial Manager of PCU. The expected duration of the assignment is 24 months. There will be a 3-months probationary period from the contract signature date. The contract will be renewed subject to satisfactory performance.
