Country Republic of Uzbekistan The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable People” (INSON) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include support to the National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) in the development, implementation, capacity building, and performance evaluation of a Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, including preparation of NASP for external ISO 9001:2015 certification. The Consultant shall not act as the external certification body; certification shall be conducted by an independent accredited certification body selected separately. The assignment will focus on priority management and service delivery processes (including, but not limited to, intake and referral, service planning, case management, complaints/feedback, and document control) at the NASP central office, selected regional departments (including Surkhandarya Region and Tashkent City NASP departments), and the “Inson” Social Service Centers of Denov and Yunusabad districts.
