The consulting services (“Services”) include the development of a ready-to-use online LMS-based course of up to 90 minutes dedicated to occupational safety in social work. The course will be developed on the basis of the requirements of the national standard “Social Protection of the Population. Occupational Safety in the Performance of Social Work” and is intended for social workers, interns, and volunteers within the system of the National Agency for Social Protection. The scope of services includes instructional design and development of the course content (4 modules, introduction, and final test), preparation of a bank of not less than 500 test questions and 100 practical cases, development of multimedia materials (video clips, infographics, algorithms), technical integration of the course with the LMS in SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI formats, technical testing, and transfer of the full package of source files and documentation to the Client.
