Additional information about the project may found here: https://projects.worldbank.org/en/projects-operations/project-detail/P508550 The Ministry of Finance ("the Client") intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under a contract for Project Implementation Management Consulting Services. Description of the Assignment The Client is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide project implementation management services for the PHIT in Fiji. The assignment includes, but is not limited to: (a) overall project management and coordination; (b) financial management and procurement support; (c) monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; (d) environmental and social safeguards management; (e) infrastructure supervision support; (f) health service delivery oversight; and (g) capacity building and institutional strengthening of Government counterparts. The initial contract duration is 24 months, with the possibility of extension for the lifetime of the project, subject to satisfactory performance and the Client's needs.
