The consulting services (“the Services”) include the Compliance Specialist (Individual Consultant) assignment for a period of two (2) calendar years. The objective of the assignment is to ensure robust sanctions, and compliance oversight for ASCENT Sudan Project, including enhanced KYC (as the case may be) processes and regulatory due diligence on partners / related parties, grants, and activities in alignment with TDB Group policies and the Financing Agreement.
