Scope of Services Description of Services Unit Quantity Conditions of Performance Technical inspection of structural elements of buildings (Stage 1), Surkhandarya Region service 1 Republic of Uzbekistan, Surkhandarya Region. Completion period: 45 calendar days The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedures specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised November 2020, updated September 2023 and September 2025).
