REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTANT SERVICES – FIRMS SELECTION) INDONESIA Global Environment Facility (GEF) Grant: Sustainable Cities Impact Project (SCIP) Grant No.: TF0B8114 Assignment Title: The Calculation Model For Selecting Sustainable Financing Alternatives (CMSF) Reference No .: ID-PPP BAPPENAS-508827-CS-CQS The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Global Environment Facility Indonesia Sustainable Cities Impact Project (SCIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include but not limited to: (a) Conducting Shadow Credit Rating Analysis for City Level; (b) Preliminary Project Analysis, Financial Model Preparation, and Indicative Financing Schemes Selection Analysis for Selected Sub-Projects; (c) Detailed Indicative Financial Model Development and Selection of Financing Schemes for Selected Sub-Projects; (d) Financial Model and Financing Scheme Selection Guideline Development; (e) Focus Group Discussions on 5 Pilot Cities. The Services are expected period of 8 months.
