Part of this funding is allocated for individual consultant services. The Individual Consultant – Transportation Specialist will be assigned to the Directorate of Connectivity and Logistics Infrastructure, Bappenas, and will work closely with the team of Individual Consultants in providing technical guidance and supervision for the development of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) in Balikpapan and Palembang, which is carried out by the contracted consulting firms. The main tasks of the Individual Consultant include: Task 1: Technical Oversight and Advisory of SUMP Development, Including Knowledge Integration and Cross-Cutting Inputs. Provide technical advisory support to the Balikpapan and Palembang SUMP development process by integrating relevant lessons learned from previous studies, national programs, and international best practices into the consulting firms' work.
