The Accelerating Economic Diversification and Job Creation Project (Diversifica Mais) now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for Design and Construction of the basic infrastructure of the Caala Logistics Platform including all associated works required for completion. The procurement will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” of September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Proposers.
