The Contract Works will be delivered in two stages, wholly within school holiday periods – Stage 1: October 2026 school holidays; Stage 2: December 2026/January 2027 Christmas holidays – with each stage fully handed over before resumption of school operations. Additional rights for other projects of a lower value are included in this tender.

Preventing and Minimising Gambling Harm Research Programme 2025/26 – 2027/28

We are seeking research proposals for the priority research topics outlined in this RFP as part of the research programme supporting the Strategy to Prevent and Minimise Gambling Harm 2025/26 - 2027/28. These projects will generate high-quality relevant evidence to support gambling harm prevention and minimisation mahi in New Zealand. This includes informing public health initiatives, service delivery, policy development, strategic planning, regulatory decision-making, and broader system responses. The research will also contribute to our understanding of how the wider health and disability system can support efforts to prevent and minimise gambling harm. It is important to us that the proposed project addresses current priority issues with new knowledge, is well-planned with relevant expertise, and can be completed successfully within the contract term. It is also important to us that each proposal demonstrates: • methodological rigour • meaningful consideration of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, cultural responsiveness, and an equity-focused approach • incorporates lived experience perspectives where appropriate • generates actionable evidence to support efforts of gambling harm prevention and minimisation.

Kia ora koutou Wellington City Council (WCC) invites proposals from experienced Service Providers to deliver Towing Services that help keep Wellington's streets safe, accessible and well-managed. This contract plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our city through the provision of responsive towing, vehicle recovery and secure storage services. As Wellington continues to evolve, changes to the transport network, parking management approach and urban environment are influencing how parking is managed and how towing services are delivered. Council requires a reliable and responsive Service Provider that can support current operational needs and adapt to future requirements over the life of the contract. The Services include, but are not limited to, the towing or relocation of: a. Unlawfully parked vehicles; b. Vehicles parked on clearways in breach of clearway conditions; c. Vehicles parked in a way that creates a hazard or obstruction; d. Vehicles left on roads that have been, or will be, closed or partially closed for events or roadworks; e. Abandoned vehicles. The successful Service Provider will also be required to provide a secure facility for the storage of all towed vehicles. The scope includes a wide range of vehicles, including cars and SUVs, electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles, motorcycles and mopeds, caravans, campervans and trailers, trucks, buses and other heavy vehicles, as well as damaged, burnt-out and non-roadworthy vehicles. This is an opportunity to partner with Wellington City Council under an initial three-year contract, with the potential for two one-year extensions, subject to performance. We are seeking Service Providers with the capability, capacity, experience and infrastructure to deliver services that support Council's efforts to maintain safe, accessible and compliant parking across Wellington City. Selwyn District Council (SDC) is seeking submission from contractors to provide construction services for the Two Chain/Wards/Jones Road intersection realignment and KiwiRail Level Crossing upgrade project, located to the north of Rolleston town centre. This project forms part of the broader Rolleston Access Improvements (RAI) initiative and coincides with construction of the SH1/Rolleston Drive new Overpass to the east of this intersection. Our goal is to make the intersection and Level Rail Crossing safer, aligned with the projected traffic usage and to better cater for future growth in the area. The objective is to carryout construction within the timeframe highlighted in this tender document, minimise impact on Rolleston residents, and coordinate with the nearby construction of the new SH1 /Rolleston Drive Overpass to the east. The existing intersection has a significant number of services located under the carriageway, grass verges and rail crossing as well as overhead power services. The proposed works include the construction of an upgraded Rail Crossing, road pavement, footpath, drainage, streetlights, service and water race relocations, landscaping, signs and line marking, and streetlights to accommodate the work. Scope of Works This project consists of upgrades to Two Chain/Wards/Jones Road intersection realignment and KiwiRail Level Crossing. The contract works will consist of: • Site Clearance • Temporary Traffic Management • Earthworks • Stormwater Drainage • Water Race replacement • Pavements and Surfacing • Utility Service relocation including undergrounding of overhead power • Traffic Services • KiwiRail corridor construction including rail crossing upgrade • Landscaping

Digital Infrastructure System Integrator (DISI) Pre-Qualified Supplier List Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is inviting suitably qualified suppliers to apply for admission to the Digital Infrastructure System Integrator (DISI) Pre-Qualified Supplier List, established under Rule 23 of the Government Procurement Rules (5th Edition). The role The DISI delivers the Work Package 2 (WP2) active digital infrastructure and digital facility systems for a modern hospital environment, and provides systems integration across WP1 passive infrastructure, WP3 applications and clinical systems, and FF&E interfaces including major medical and biomedical equipment. Purpose of the list The list initially supports two hospital redevelopment projects — Pihi Kaha (Whāngārei Hospital Redevelopment) and Whakatupuranga (Nelson Hospital) — and is intended as an ongoing qualification mechanism for future Health NZ major hospital redevelopment projects where a DISI requirement applies. Delivery model Any downstream DISI appointment will be made by the relevant Main Contractor as part of its delivery supply chain, subject to Health NZ's approval rights. Health NZ acts as technical assurance body and approval authority; it does not become the contracting party to the DISI engagement. What this ITQ does not do It does not award a contract, appoint a DISI to any project, guarantee any supplier work or exclusivity, or seek project-specific pricing at the qualification stage.
