MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, TARLAC
The Municipal Government of Concepcion, Tarlac, through the Supplemental Budget Approved by the Sanggunian (Special Education Fund) intends to apply the sum of Php 8,815,214.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of construction materials to be used for the repair, rehabilitation and improvement of various public schools in the Municipality of Concepcion, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipal Government of Concepcion, Tarlac now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of construction materials to be used for the repair, rehabilitation and improvement of various public schools in the Municipality of Concepcion, Tarlac. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
