NHS England South West (the Commissioner) sought to secure Provider(s) with the capability and capacity to deliver Local Vaccination Outreach services in line with the specified requirements. The outreach services aim to identify and address disparities in the uptake of vaccinations throughout the life course. The service is intended to support mitigation of gaps in core commissioned services and to support responses to outbreaks where required. The outreach service was designed to provide a versatile response to identified need and to collaborate with existing vaccination providers within the geography to support addressing vaccination gaps and to complement, rather than duplicate, existing commissioned vaccination services. This includes the delivery of all age vaccinations and actively seeking individuals and population groups with low vaccine uptake and coverage who were less likely to access core vaccination services. The tailored outreach vaccination service is intended to run in parallel with an inclusive core delivery approach. Bidders were encouraged to explore opportunities for collaboration where this could deliver enhanced value and efficiency. Collaborative working is expected to help optimise resources, share expertise, and reduce duplication, benefiting service delivery and outcomes. Collaborative approaches could include consortium arrangements, subcontracting, or strategic partnerships leveraging complementary strengths. Bidders were required to clearly outline any proposed collaborative models within their submissions, demonstrating how accountability would be maintained and high quality services delivered. If bidders were successful in securing more than one Lot, they were expected to optimise the use of non delivery resources such as management, administration, and support functions. Working Age Adults Care Home Services

Carmarthenshire County Council, in collaboration with regional partners Pembrokeshire County Council and Ceredigion County Council, is developing a regional Framework for Working Age Adult Care Home services across West Wales. The proposed Framework will be structured into three service Lots, reflecting the primary client groups: Lot 1: Learning Disabilities, including Autism Lot 2: Mental Health Lot 3: Physical Disabilities Providers may apply for one or more Lots, depending on their area of expertise and service provision. The Lots are intended to support a more structured and consistent approach to commissioning across the region, ensuring that services can meet a range of needs for working age adults. The proposed Framework will be open to: Providers with existing care home provision within the region; and/or Providers who intend to establish a care home service within the region within the next 12 months Providers joining the Framework will be required to demonstrate a commitment to supporting citizens from across the West Wales region and prioritising regional placements.

Birmingham City Council (BCC) is inviting expressions of interest to support commissioners in developing a clearer understanding of the provider landscape. We are undertaking a soft market testing exercise to explore options for the potential procurement, redesign, and expansion of a Flexible Contracting Agreement (FCA) to deliver tuition services for children and young people. This exercise is purely exploratory and is intended to support Birmingham City Council in assessing the feasibility, scope, and approach for any future procurement. Participation is voluntary and will not influence your eligibility to participate in any subsequent procurement process. Tuition services are needed for children and young people who are in care, known to social workers, medically unfit to attend school, children without alternative provision and children with an Education Health Care Plan supported by the Home Bridging Team without a formal education placement. The cohort of children and young people are: • Children in care temporarily between a school/college place • Children in care who need to re-sit GCSE exams in November of Year 12 to secure their course entry at KS5 • Children in care newly arrived in the country and Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers while seeking a school or college place • Children and young people who are too unwell to attend school due to medical needs In addition to the cohorts outlined above, a new Birmingham Tuition FCA will also seek to include the following groups • Children unable to access suitable alternative provision or 6th day provision • Children with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) supported by the Home Bridging Team without a formal education placement Closing date for completion of the MS Form Questionnaire is 5pm, 28 June 2026

West Sussex County Council are holding a market engagement event for providers interested in working innovatively to support Children and Young People (primarily between age 15 and 20) with social care and support needs. The Council is seeking to work with providers who are interested in helping to support it's ambitious aims of supporting children and young people transition between Children’s and Adults services. This is by nurturing independence while proactively applying reduction strategies to reduce service dependency, whilst offering consistent relational safety enabling every young person to take meaningful steps toward their future with dignity, aspiration, independence and hope. This online session is being held on the 23rd of June 2026 from 14:30 – 16:00. The session will look to engage with potential providers who are interested in working with the Council and are either already dual registered with both Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or those who would be willing to do so. The session will focus on the Council's aims and help us to establish next steps in a potential opportunity of joint working to pilot an approach. NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) is progressing with the Assessment and Recovery (ARCs) Programme, an innovative transformation that aims to increase organ transplant activity, through increasing organ utilisation and the adoption of machine perfusion technology. To support the next phase of ARCs, NHSBT anticipates undertaking separate procurement processes for the following four elements: • Up to three clinical delivery partners, to act as Centres of Excellence and undertake the preservation and assessment interventions as part of a national service (Indicative contract value: £20m per partner) • Machine perfusion technology services (lung, liver, and kidney; normothermic and hypothermic) (Indicative contract value: £30m) • Transportable organ storage solutions (lung, liver, and kidney) (Indicative contract value: £5m) • Digital delivery partners to ensure UK organ offering is adapted and fully compliant with relevant standards, to support the delivery of the national ARCs model (Indicative contract value: £10m) Procurement will be phased and NHSBT are now starting engagement with suppliers who can meet requirements for this programme. The preliminary market engagement described in this notice is intended to inform NHSBT’s commercial strategy, requirements, procurement approach and market understanding for these separate elements. NHSBT intends to hold an initial ARCs programme launch engagement session covering all four elements at a high level, followed by separate, element-specific market engagement activities as required. For the clinical delivery partner element only, NHSBT anticipates that participation in any subsequent procurement will be limited to current UK NHS Transplant Centres. This reflects the clinical, operational, governance and pathway requirements of the national ARCs model. This is defined as a combination of homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, domestic abuse and contact with the criminal justice system. People facing multiple disadvantage are at the sharp end of socio-economic and health inequalities. As part of Greater Manchester's Live Well commitment to tackling health inequality, we want to build on the existing Inclusion health service to reduce this inequality. GMCA are looking for providers to deliver three distinct services which will remove a range of different barriers for people experiencing MD to having their health needs met. Lot 1: Co-occurring Conditions Support- Delivery support to people experiencing Co-occurring conditions across GM, through clinical and non-clinical roles integrated within enhanced live well teams. Including providing specialist support to professionals and delivering share reflective practice spaces. Total estimated value over 3 years is £4,839,375.16 Lot 2: Primary Care Led Support- Deliver support in a primary care setting to people facing Multiple Disadvantage, in Rochdale, Oldham and Manchester. The purpose of this section is to set out the overarching framework and expectations for the White Rose Regional Partnership ("WR Partnership") in how local authorities commission, manage, and deliver care services for children, young people, and families across Yorkshire and Humber. This agreement is for the supply of the full range of education with or without residential care provision. Lot 1 - Education Only Provision - Day School only The Contractor must be able to provide full-time education with a DfE registered school on-site that meets the educational needs of individual child or young person. Education Contractors must have their own DfE number. Lot 2 - Education with Care -- Educational with Residential Provision For the provision of education provided by the contractor with residential care and support in a setting that is registered with Ofsted for children and young people. The Contractor must be able to provide full-time education with a DfE registered school either on-site or within their group within the weekly cost for any child/young person placed through the contract. The level of support and the education provided will meet the individual needs of a young person. Education Contractors must have their own DfE number It is underpinned by a contractual requirement of the contractor to comply with Independent Schools Standards (England 2015), Children's Home's Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards for Children's Homes 2015 where residential homes are provided as part of the service.

The Authority is seeking to engage with organisations capable of delivering responsive, reliable and independent medical advisory services, providing objective medical input to support operational decision making. The anticipated service scope may include: • Independent clinical review and advice based on submitted medical information. • Provision of medical opinion to support casework decision where clinical expertise is required. • Delivery of advice within agreed service standards and timescales. • Appropriate clinical governance, quality assurance and information handling arrangements.
