The DCC is undertaking a renewals project at its Moana Pool Aquatics facility. As part of this project, it has been identified that the existing HVAC & Heat Recovery (HR) system requires some refurbishment to ensure continued performance and provide a comfortable environment for the facilities users. DCC is seeking an appropriately experienced contracting partner to deliver the upgrade works on a design and build (D&B) basis. The proposed Main Hall & Dive Pool HR system will provide operational energy, cost and emissions reductions compared to current operations. Continuity of service is essential to the Moana Pool. • The associated works will need to be staged and closely coordinated with the pool staff and the Facility Events Schedule. • The pool will need to remain open during normal operational hours 5:30am to 9:30pm. • This may require some temporary ventilation when individual HVAC systems are down.

Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) workforce operates across a wide range of functions including agriculture, biosecurity, fisheries, food, and forestry. To ensure the safety of employees and others where MPI work is undertaken, individuals in safety sensitive roles are required to undergo drug and alcohol testing. Given the diversity and geographical spread of MPI’s operations, drug and alcohol testing must be available at many MPI sites across New Zealand. The objective of this procurement is to secure a supplier capable of delivering comprehensive drug and alcohol testing services to MPI staff nationwide. The supplier must provide, at minimum, the following: • Onsite pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for safety sensitive roles • Nationwide coverage • 24/7, 365 days per year, on call testing • IANZ, ISO, and AS/NZ compliant testing • Reasonable cause, post incident and accident testing • Provide alcohol breath testing and drug testing using both urine and oral fluid samples that support our required testing regimes. • Testing panels must include at minimum the following substances: Amphetamines, Sedatives, Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Cannabis, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Opiates and Opioids, Synthetic Cannabis and Fentanyl. • Provide expert technical advice • Provide a secure, real-time, online booking and results reporting system. • Provide full chain of custody management across the entire testing process • Deliver initial screening results within 20 minutes, with any positive initial screening results to be laboratory confirmed within 48 hours of the initial test. • Removal and safe disposal of all medical and non-medical waste

In some areas timber cladding will require removal, reinstatement and repainting following the installation of new apron flashings.

The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) is publishing a Request for Information (RFI) to understand the capability of potential suppliers to deliver in‑person citizenship testing services on behalf of the Department, and to gain insight into the costs and commercial models associated with delivering such services. The testing services should include: • Managing bookings and scheduling for citizenship applicants. • Administering tests in a digital format. • Support for DIA’s identity verification of the test taker. • Ensuring safeguards are in place to prevent cheating or unauthorised assistance. • Capability to transmit results securely to DIA via API‑based integration, using a DIA‑provided endpoint. DIA is particularly interested in suppliers who can support in-person testing throughout New Zealand, operate year-round, and accommodate variable demand. Suppliers will also be expected to demonstrate how their services can support applicants with diverse accessibility needs, including physical access requirements and other reasonable accommodations, while maintaining the integrity and assurance of the testing process. Please confirm your intent to respond to this Request For Information using the GETS Question and Answer function before 14th May 5PM (NZST). ACC is seeking responses from suppliers with the required capability and expertise to deliver Community Pain Management Services that provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services for Clients who: • have chronic pain lasting 3 months or more, and / or • Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and / or • Suspected CRPS The requirement for the Services must be as a result of a personal injury which is covered by ACC and excludes Tertiary Level Specialist Interventions. The new contract will commence on 1 December 2026 with an initial term of 3 years with two further contract extension periods of 2 years each (3+2+2). The Contract Works required are: Install new 1.8m high aluminium fencing with mowing strip. SH39 Mangati Stream Bridge Permanent Structure Replacement

This is a Physical Works contract for the replacement of the Mangati Stream Bridge (BSN 520) located on SH39 approximately 7 km south of Pirongia. The existing bridge was damaged in the February 2026 flooding and a temporary one-lane bridge has been installed adjacent to the location. The Contract Works comprise of: • Construction of the new bridge with a single span superstructure comprising of four fabricated steel I-girders and a precast reinforced concrete bridge deck. • Installations of pilled foundations. The superstructure is to be cast into the abutments. Note that steel pile casing will be procured separately by the Principal and supplied to the contractor. • Installation of a TL-5 rigid bridge HT rail including abutment transitions, semi-rigid to rigid transitions, W-beam sections, and leading-end terminals on the bridge approaches. • Temporary support for services during the works and permanent reinstatement on the new bridge. • Scour protection works/river training and earthworks. • Removal of the existing temporary bridge and associated earthworks, site restoration, and site de-establishment (excluding bridge superstructure – to be removed by Downer) Only tenderers pre-qualified to level “Bridge Construction – Level B (3B)” and “Surfacing – Level C (2C)” under the terms of the Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender.
