The Association of North East Councils trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is establishing a framework for Retrofit Works (NEPO233) This will be a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for retrofit works across a variety of public-sector settings which may be throughout the United Kingdom or within the North East of England. This will be discussed and agreed as part of market consultation. NEPO is a Centralised Procurement Authority as defined in the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), providing central purchasing activity on behalf of Contracting Authorities. The agreement will be available to NEPO Member Authorities and all current and future Associate Members. Current Associate Members are listed in the Associate Member section of the NEPO website at: https://www.nepo.org/associate-members NEPO intends to make the agreement available for use by all Contracting Authorities throughout all administrative regions of the UK (as defined by the Procurement Act 2023). EEM are conducting this tender exercise to procure a Fire Safety, Security & Entry and Access Systems Framework to replace our existing EEM0037 Framework (expiring 29th August 2026) and EEM0067 Framework (expiring 23rd October 2026) into a single, consolidated Framework. The Framework will provide EEM Members with a provision for Fire Safety, Security and Entry and Access Systems Framework Services delivered via this Framework will be to domestic and commercial properties. Domestic properties will typically be consisting of a mixture of domestic housing stock, bungalows, blocks of flats, and sheltered housing schemes as well as garages, and depots and any other building owned and/or managed by our membership. Commercial properties will include but not be limited to business units, office buildings, hospitals and care facilities, academies, schools, colleges, universities, education centres, student accommodation, homes and care facilities for older people, children's homes and centres, community centres, leisure centres and gyms, libraries, pavilions, changing rooms and public toilets, outdoor leisure facilities, car parks, industrial units, depots, and garages. Constructing West Midlands - Hard Facilities Management Framework

Acivico's Constructing West Midlands team are procuring a Framework (CWM FM) for all types of Hard Facilities Management Works and Services. CWM FM will deliver Compliance Programmes, Planned Periodic Maintenance (PPM), Routine Responsive Maintenance (RRM) and Minor Maintenance Works (MMW) to a range of public sector clients primarily across the Greater West Midlands region. The scope of works and services will include all Building and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) maintenance and repair requirements, including individual reactive Minor Works projects up to approximately £500,000 in value. This will include the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor roles relating to the works under management. Contractors are invited to participate in a market engagement process with CWM by completing an early market engagement questionnaire. The information provided by suppliers will be used to help inform the framework design and procurement strategy. CWM reserve the right to hold further market engagement with selected respondents, which may include in person or online events at CWMs discretion. This Framework is being established to be particularly suitable for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Contractors interested in participating in the procurement process are advised that they must have experience of undertaking Principal Designer or Principal Contractor roles either directly or through their supply partners in order to meet the conditions of participation. It is intended that CWM FM will be a closed framework agreement and that it will be tendered in Lots, with multiple suppliers per Lot. Cork County Council is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Works Contractors, including multi disciplinary Design Team Services, for the delivery of social housing projects using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) with an estimated project value in excess of €5 million and no upper limit. Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Specialist(s) - including but not limited to Volumetric Housing Units; Panelised (Timber Frame, Light Gauge Steel Frame, Precast Concrete Panels and Structurally-Insulated Panels); Insulated Concrete formwork. The framework will have an overall estimated value of €250 million, and it is intended that seven contractors will be appointed. The framework is for Contractor-Designed projects, with PW-CF2 to be used as the form of public works contract. SCOPE: DFC may hold or receive publicly traded securities as a result of its investment activities and is seeking the services of brokerage firms licensed to operate in various markets around the world.
