IT/Tech Support in TIDE Production Data Integration, Go-Live and Stabilisat
UNDP
UNDP has supported the Government of Nauru to design and develop the Transforming and Integrating Digital Enrolment (TIDE) system — Naurus first end-to-end digital civil registration platform. TIDE replaces a paper-and-Excel baseline with a digital platform managed by the Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) Office under the Office of the Chief Registrar. Phase 1 of this engagement (concluded April 2026) delivered the design of TIDE Minimum Viable Product, including system architecture, user interfaces, role-based access, reporting modules and pilot deployment. This Phase 2 engagement covers the deployment work required to move TIDE from a piloted system to operational use: integration of the consolidated production dataset, supported go-live, and a defined stabilisation period with handover to BDM and the Government ICT Department. Kindly refer to the attached TOR for the detailed scope of requested services. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. With a unique mandate, UNCDF blends and deploys grants, loans, and guarantees alongside related advisory support.UNCDF’s Shafal – Remittance Management for Socio-economic Stability of Migrant Families programme aims to improve remittance utilization, financial inclusion, and entrepreneurship in migrant communities, with support from the Embassy of Switzerland. Building on the successful onboarding of seven new private sector partners in 2026, Shafal now seeks to bring its ecosystem directly to migrant workers and their families across six districts through a community-facing fair aimed at promoting better remittance practices through digital finance in migration-prone areas.“Remittance Utsab,” meaning “festival” in Bengali, is a six-district financial inclusion fair scheduled over a two-month period, with one event held in each district. The fair brings together banks and non-bank financial institutions, MFS providers, digital service providers focused on financial management and entrepreneurship, NGOs, government agencies, private sector innovators, and UNCDF’s Shafal project-supported entrepreneurs into a single, immersive, community-facing event for migrant workers and their families. It is designed around the theme: “টাকা আসে, ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ে” - “Money Arrives, Futures are Built.” Objective of the event: • To connect migrant workers and their families with formal digital remittance channels, savings products, and financial planning support across six districts.• To demonstrate the offerings of partner banks, MFS providers, government agencies, and private sector partners to migrant families and returnees.• To create a marketplace for Shafal-supported entrepreneurs to showcase and sell their products and services.•

RFP Business Development and Market Linkage Support Migrant Family’s Enterprises

Implementing Agreement for the Delivery of an Accelerated Competency-Based Training (CBT) and Structured Work-Based Learning (WBL) Employment Pathways in Syria
ILO
General Background Years of conflict and economic decline have severely weakened Syria’s infrastructure, public services, labour market systems, and productive sectors, limiting opportunities for economic recovery and sustainable livelihoods. Returnees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), women, youth, and host communities face significant barriers to decent work, skills development, enterprise support, and access to essential services. Although the evolving recovery context creates opportunities to support voluntary, safe, and dignified returns, persistent unemployment, informality, skills mismatches, and weak local economic systems continue to hinder sustainable reintegration and social cohesion. Addressing these challenges is critical to promoting inclusive recovery, resilience, and long-term stability in affected communities. OF DS - Return and Rebuild: Advancing Voluntary Returns and Sustainable Reintegration for Syrians” The “Return and Rebuild: Advancing Voluntary Returns and Sustainable Reintegration for Syrians” project is implemented under the PROSPECTS Partnership Phase II Opportunity Fund by UNHCR, UNICEF and ILO, with a regional scope covering Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria. The project responds to the evolving displacement and return context following major political and economic shifts in Syria, including the December 2024 political transition and the lifting of international sanctions. These developments have created new opportunities to support voluntary, safe and dignified returns, while also highlighting the urgent need to address barriers faced by Syrian refugees, internally displaced persons and returnees, including limited access to civil documentation, damaged infrastructure, disrupted education, weak labour market systems, unemployment, and fragile social cohesion. The project seeks to create an enabling environment for sustainable return and reintegration by linking protection, education, skills development, livelihoods, enterprise
