The Health Resources and Services Administration has awarded a competitive, full and open, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for highly specialized scientific methodologies, systematic clinical evidence reviews, and core programmatic support for the Newborn Screening Recommended Uniform Screening Panel (RUSP). This solicitation was issued as a Multiple-Award IDIQ; however, following evaluation of proposals, a single award has been executed. This notice reflects the award of the parent IDIQ contract vehicle, with a maximum cumulative ceiling value of $15,111,361.10. Concurrently with this base award, the initial Task Order has been executed in the amount of $1,993,225.49, which satisfies the contract's minimum guarantee and initiates performance. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of Chief Security Officer is seeking qualified security guard contractors to provide Level II Armed Protective Security Officer service seven (7) days a week at various locations within the declared counties of Indiana. Locations may be a Joint Field Office (JFO), Branch Office (s), Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), or Staging Yard. The Contractor shall maintain the operational flexibility and qualified staffing capacity necessary to support FEMA requirements on short notice. This includes the ability to rapidly deploy additional Level II Armed Protective Security Officers, establish coverage at newly designated locations, and adjust staffing schedules or operating hours as directed by the Government.

Summary of the Opportunity This Request for Bids (RFB) provides the opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to submit bids to the National Park Service (NPS) to lease NPS property for residential use (single family) at Minute Man National Historical Park under the following general terms and conditions. See attached “Draft Lease” for complete terms of occupancy. Property Offered for Lease Stow-Hardy House The Stow-Hardy house is located at 965 Lexington Road, Concord, Massachusetts, 01742. It is approximately 2,400 Sq. Ft with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is situated on an approximately 0.4-acre landsite. The colonial style home was built circa 1786 and has been completely restored and renovated while retaining its original central arch chimney, oak timber framing, cedar shingle roof, and historic siding. The house has had significant mechanical upgrades including new plumbing, septic, heating, and electrical systems as well as a new smart washer and dryer. The kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances and a central island with farmhouse sink. The historic Battle Road Trail is located nearby, behind a mature Black Walnut grove. The trail is used year-round and provides the opportunity for various outdoor activities and connects the historic towns of Concord and Lexington. Uses of the Leased Property This lease is most suitable for low-impact, non-transient, residential occupancy of the house. The lessee is authorized to use the property as an occupant of the house and must be willing to become a part of the National Historical Park’s relationship with the public by maintaining the historic and well-tended appearance of the structure and grounds. In accordance with the attached draft lease, the lessee is responsible for all utilities and routine maintenance. The lessor will perform basic maintenance of the property as described in the lease. The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is issuing an RFI as a means of conducting market research to obtain information from companies with the capability to provide galvanized steel substation structures and lattice towers. There are multiple WAPA sites eligible for delivery of these steel structures located throughout the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. Delivery points for the steel structures will be in surface storage areas adjacent to all-weather roads. The contractor is required to have relevant industry knowledge and experience in fabrication of structural steel components and structures. The contractor must have established fabrication, welding, inspection, galvanizing, quality assurance and quality control shop practices. Engineering and drafting services are required for design and shop drawings. Skilled labor is required for welding, fabrication, and galvanizing. Individual delivery orders vary from single lattice tower pieces, substation equipment supports, platforms, multiple complex substation structures, and complete microwave towers. The contractor shall be able to cut, bend, fit up, and weld steel plates, shapes, tubes, and bars. Fabricators must be able to operate and maintain heavy duty equipment including a press break, drilling machinery, plasma cutting table, seam welding, and have the ability to galvanize large components (approximately 5 ft x 5 ft x 35 ft). Delivery must be provided across WAPA's footprint.
